Your reservation includes a private indoor/outdoor party space following the educational program for food, cake, gifts, and celebration.

Host families may arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled party time to decorate and get everything ready.To help protect our waterfront environment, balloons and piñatas are not permitted.

Yes. Cleanup should be completed during your one-hour celebration period following the program.Host families are responsible for leaving the party space clean and disposing of all trash before departing.

Cancellations and adjustments within 2 weeks of the party are non-refundable. $25 processing/deposit fee, non-refundable.$50 cleaning fee if space is left uncleaned.​MSI will fully refund tuition if the session is cancelled*.*If the Marine Science Institute facilities are rendered unsuitable for the operation of Marine Science Institute programs by reason of Force Majeure such as natural events (fire, earthquake, flooding, etc.), political events (war, strike, massive protests, etc.), governmental action (pandemic response, etc.), or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Marine Science Institute, then a credit transfer to a future program will be issued.
